Butuh Beach is located in Krambil Sawit Village, Sapto Sari Subdistrict, Gunung, Yogyakarta Special Region.
If you’re traveling from Semarang, it takes about 4-5 hours.
Need Beach is in line with Ngeden and Nglimun Beach.

Some things that might be a reference for a travel destination, are:

  • Beach cleanliness is maintained.
  • Still quiet (February 21, 2015).
    There is no tour manager or vendor yet.
  • Suitable for camping, because there are cliffs on both sides of the beach that make most of the beach side not exposed to direct sunlight.
  • Cars can get close to the beach.
  • Friendly locals.
There’s always a downside, right?
  • Only a small portion of the beach is used for drying seaweed.
  • There are no bathrooms/wc/stalls of course.

 

It is ideal for camping enthusiasts in a quiet and tranquil place.
Need Beach area, not too big.

Although you can’t see the sunrise directly, you can see the reddish sky at dusk.
If the weather is clear of course 🙂

 

 

 

 

Some areas of the beach are not too hot as they are blocked by the surrounding hills and cliffs.
It makes relaxing more enjoyable.

 

 

Some areas of the beach are used for drying seaweed owned by residents in Saptosari Subdistrict.
The seaweed can dry in one day if the weather is sunny.
Residents sell it to collectors around Saptosari Sub-district.

Pantai Butuh, tepatnya ada di Desa Krambil Sawit, Kecamatan Sapto Sari, Gunung, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Jika dari Semarang, butuh waktu sekitar 4-5 jam perjalanan. Pantai Butuh sejalur dengan Pantai Ngeden dan Nglimun. Apabila ingin mencoba menghitung dari tempat lain, silahkan klik menu more option yang ada di pojok kiri peta.

Berikut adalah beberapa foto dari Pantai Butuh

Beberapa hal yang mungkin bisa jadi referensi untuk tempat tujuan berwisata, adalah:

  • Kebersihan pantai terjaga.
  • Masih sepi (21 Februari 2015). Belum ada pengelola wisata atau penjual.
  • Cocok untuk camping , karena terdapat tebing di kedua sisi pantai yang membuat sebagian besar sisi pantai tidak terkena sinar matahari langsung.
  • Mobil dapat sampai ke dekat pantai.
  • Warga sekitar yang ramah.
Selalu ada minusnya kan, hehe..
  • Beberapa area pantai digunakan untuk menjemur rumput laut milik warga, hanya sebagian kecil.
  • Tidak ada kamar mandi/wc/warung pastinya.

 

Sangat ideal untuk para penggemar camping di tempat yang sepi dan tenang. Area Pantai Butuh, tidak terlalu luas.

Walau tidak bisa menyaksikan matahari terbit langsung, di pantai ini kita bisa mendapati langit kemerahan ketika senja tiba. Apabila cuaca cerah pastinya 🙂

 

 

 

 

Beberapa area pantai tidak terlalu panas karena terhalang oleh bukit dan tebing di sekitarnya. Acara bersantai menjadi lebih menyenangkan.

 

 

Beberapa area pantai digunakan untuk menjemur rumput laut milik warga di Kecamatan Saptosari. Rumput laut ini bisa kering dalam 1 hari apabila cuaca cerah. Warga menjualnya ke pengepul yang ada di sekitar Kecamatan Saptosari.
