Warranty & Refund Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts for 14 days.
If 14days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

Some items are exempt from being returned.
Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned items.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or lost refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before the refund is posted.

Discounted items

Only regular priced items can be returned.
Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver requested the order be sent to themselves later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you must send your product to: Jl.Kabudirejo, Cemanggah Lor, Branjang, West Ungaran, Kab.
Semarang.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged products to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
