Tips for Uploading Mandatory Reporting Data from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower

1 min read

In 2019, many methods of reporting data to government agencies have been transferred from manual to online.
Most of them are through website media.
However, these media sometimes do not include clear information/guidelines.

In fact, I just tried on a medium where the guidelines are pretty clear, but still failed.
Haha.

Although it finally worked after several attempts.
The website I used this time belongs to the Ministry of Manpower, for online labor reporting at the address https://wajiblapor.kemnaker.go.id/.
And the advantage is that in addition to clear guidelines, there is a detailed description of the error notification if we fail to upload.

Some tips from those of us who have tried it:

  1. Upload according to the included template.
Because templates cannot be edited, copy all template columns and paste them into a new excel file.
  2. Follow the instructions on the template.
  3. Customize the format of each column with the specified format.
To do this, click on the relevant column in the template, then a fill option will appear.
Then all the data that you will upload must be uniformed according to the format.
For example, the gender format is : WOMAN (then it cannot be processed if the format is: woman or female).

Here I include a sample template that works for me to use upload.
