The right way to complain about Indihome

Are you an Indihome user?
If you experience problems with your internet network, which way do you often complain?
Don’t say via WhatsApp to the technician, because it has the potential to be misused.
Repairing the constrained network is entirely free and free of charge by Indihome.
Even if there is a fee, make sure it will be included in your official monthly bill.
Not paid directly to the technician or officer who came to the location.

Here are the ways that I recommend for you to Complain to Indihome.

  1. Twitter ( @indihome ): Through this social media account, the response from cs is fairly fast.
    From my experience this is the fastest media for complaints to be responded to and followed up.
  2. My Indihome: This is an application offered by telkom for Indihome users.
    You can pay your bills, see your usage quota, see your Indihome number, add services or features and of course you can report disturbances too.
    But in my opinion, the application is still slow to process even though our internet network when accessing it is good.
    Often it still errors and has to repeat the process.
    But if you can be patient, this application can also help.
  3. Call Center 147: This is the last step if the two methods above do not work.
    But you have to sacrifice a few dollars for credit usage.
