1 min read

When you find a lot of files in one folder on your computer and want to do some quick data collection, you might want to try this method.
But keep in mind that this method requires some conditions.

First, the file name of the file that we will data is appropriate.
An example in this case is the data collection of photo files.
The name of the photo file has been adjusted to the employee’s identification number and name.
Then what we need to do is :

1. Copy the directory where the file is located.
Example: E:\idcard\employee photos
2. Paste in the browser you are using (chrome/mozila/other)
3. After the list of data appears on the browser screen, press the CTRL + P button on the keyboard for the print command.
4. Select prit to PDF to export data to PDF
5. Open the PDF file that was created, then export the data to excel and edit as needed.

If you have a plugin to print to excel, you can skip step 4.
Good luck 🙂
