The latest Bumdes organizational structure according to PP No. 11/2021 is as follows:

• Advisor: Village Head
• Operational Executives: Bumdes Director, Treasurer, Secretary, Business Unit Operational Executives A/B/C and other operational executives as needed.
• Supervisor: 1 or 2 people from elements that meet the criteria, usually from the BPD.

2021 may be the right time for bumdes to restructure.
With the emergence of the latest Bumdes Organizational Structure in the latest regulation PP no. 11 of 2021, which is a derivative of the Job Creation Law, it can be the basis for Bumdes to refresh.
Of course, it is hoped that with this restructuring, the Bumdes structure will become more effective and efficient.
