The rules for paying for Indihome cable are very difficult to find.
Even on the official Indihome page . How strange is that?
As one of the major telecommunications companies and owned by the State, Telkom’s revenue this year has increased dramatically, but this is sometimes not matched by the quality of service.
Why do you think many assume that indihome service is unsatisfactory?
Of course it’s because the same mistakes are made over and over again.
There is no evaluation or strict sanctions against ‘naughty’ employees.
An example is the charging of additional cables during installation.
There is no clear benchmark of how much the consumer has to pay.
It is only stated that how many rolls then the cost is so much.
I’m not just talking, this happened during installation in my own home.
See the following chat.
What do you think?
Needless to say, I then made a call to CS to confirm this.
The result was an explanation that there is indeed an additional fee if the installation distance is more than 100 meters (calculated from telkom’s pal).
And even then we can pay the fee through the official monthly bill.
Not through the officer in the field.
In my place, the distance between the pal and the house is less than 100 meters.
So we can say, the officer I described above is not honest.
Where does the Indihome pay-as-you-go rule come from?
In the end, I didn’t pay a dime for the additional cable.
From 400k to ZERO rupiah.
Until now, I am still confused about why officers in the field have the heart to deal with consumers who need the internet.
Whereas in fact the consumers who are usually treated unclearly are in villages that have only recently been touched by the internet.
How can they think to benefit from this.
This is just one example, what about the others?
It’s pretty clear that Indihome customers’ complaints probably stem from similar issues.
Either initial installation, network repair etc.
This is a snippet of my recording with CS.
You can use it to explain to Indihome officers who are naughty in the field.
I apologize if there are things that are not pleasing in this article and do not intend to drop / slander someone.
Thanks to the cs who provided the explanation.
Hopefully Telkom will be better in serving its users in the future.
