Indihome Bill Appears Double

Indihome’s double bill is great news for me.
This is proof that Indihome’s handling of customer complaints is not very good.
This bill appeared in June 2020.
Until I wrote this article, there has been no reply or confirmation from Indihome CS either through fb/twitter where I complained about this.

Let’s wait for an explanation from telkom regarding this, I can’t wait to share it with you.
