How to Claim PLN Free Electricity July 2020.
There are two methods that customers can use to claim electricity subsidies this July.
It can be through the official PLN website at www.pln.co.id and the WhatsApp conversation application.
PLN Website
1. Go to PLN’s official website at www.pln.co.id or click this link.
2. Click on Covid-19 Stimulus (Free/discounted token)
3. Enter the Customer ID/Meter Number in the search field.
4. Enter the Captcha code and click Search.
5. The free electricity token or 50 percent discount will appear in the remarks column.
6. The free electricity token or 50 percent discount is successfully obtained, the customer can enter the number into the kWh meter.
1. Open the WhatsApp app
2. WhatsApp chat to 08122-123-123 Start by sending a message with your customer ID number.
3. After that, an automatic reply appears from PLN to follow the instructions by typing the number 1.

4. After answering with 1, PLN then replied to enter the customer ID number.
Hello Electrizen, the government is providing free electricity for 450 VA household customers & 50% Discount for 900 VA Subsidized household customers (according to Integrated Social Welfare Data) and 450 VA Business and Industrial customers.
Please enter your customer ID/meter number?
5. It didn’t take long for the free tokens from PLN to appear
6. Now, free electricity tokens from PLN can be used.
