How to subscribe to check electricity bills via SMS
- Type PLN (space) ON (space) 12 digits of your Customer ID Number
- Send to 8123
- Example: PLN ON 123456789012
- To unsubscribe, type PLN (space) OFF (space) your 12-digit Customer Number, then send to 8123.
- Example: PLN OFF 123456789012
How to check electricity bill per month via SMS
- Type REK (space) Your Customer ID Number
- Send to 8123
- Example: REK 123456789012
- There is a charge of Rp500 per sms, not including 10% tax.
How to check electricity bills in the PLN Mobile Application
- Download the PLN Mobile app on Playstore for Android users and Appstore for iOS users.
- If you have not registered in the PLN Mobile application, select the register menu
- You can login immediately if you have registered
- After login, select the INFORMATION menu
- Enter your Customer ID Number or meter number
- Click SEARCH
