Resolve Firewall Error 0x6D9

Overcoming Firewall Error 0x6D9.
I encountered this error when the website that I ran through the apache server could not be accessed by the client computer . After checking it turns out that the Windows Firewall on the Server computer is not active.
When I tried to open Windows Defender & Firewall, a notification appeared like this:
Windows Firewall settings cannot be displayed because the associated service is not running.
From several references that I read, it refers to a Spyware infection that causes the Windows Firewall to not run.
And it turns out that this also affects the service / service in Windows which is in charge of making computers able to share connections / communicate with other computers.
This service is the Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) Service.
The inoperability of the Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) Service is what causes the website on the server computer to be inaccessible through other computers.
Here are the steps to fix it.
And I was successful with this one.
1. Disconnect your computer from the network and the internet.
2. Scan with the latest anti-virus and anti-spyware updates.
3. Run Services.MSC.
(Start-Run-“services.MSC”-OK).
4. Double click on “Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)”.
5. A message will appear: “Windows cannot start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service”.
If no message appears above, skip to number 10. 6. run the Commnd DOS prompt.
(Start-Run-“CMD”)
7. type “Netsh winsock reset” followed by Enter.
8. Restart your computer.
9. Return to step number 3.
10. in Startup type select “Automatic”.
11. Click Apply.
12. Restart your computer.
13. You can now start your Windows FireWall.
